WHAT DO YOU CONTROL?
There are many things in our life that we cannot control. Circumstances that happen, and all we can do is react or respond. The interesting thing about this fact is the one area we have total control of is how we react or respond. You have total control of your thoughts and your thoughts control your behavior. You only react or respond to anything or anyone as you are choosing to think. The most difficult discipline to administer is Self Discipline. Yet, every success or every mistake is controlled by your thinking.
In business, successful people do what unsuccessful people fail to do, and it all starts with decision making. Your values, principles and behavior are all controlled by your repetitive thoughts or thinking, the decisions you make moment by moment. So when I meet you my first impression of you will be a read on your habitual behavior. In many cases sales are lost, managers lose respect from employees, personal relationships fail, all caused by a person’s thoughts and decisions.
Take control of you decision making. Look for possibilities rather than problems. Open your mind to what can be and how to get there by developing your natural abilities into capabilities. No one has reached their total potential, we are all a work in process. Make it positive growth in your thinking and it will manifest itself in your daily life.
