“Thank you.  The character assessments that you gave me on my two key managers has proven to be superb.  These two gentlemen have been given and accepted much more major responsibilities because of the direction I have been able to give to them.  I really wish that I had taken this course many years ago when it was first offered to me.  It would have eliminated some substantial aggravation and heartache.”

“Gary and I returned safely to Maryland Friday afternoon after a thoroughly inspiring three days with you.  We both want to thank you profusely for your skill and efforts in guiding us through the course.  You do a super job.”

This is a three day, hands on, intensive workshop focused on developing key subordinate leaders within the organization.  This is a unique approach in that we study the psychological makeup, emotional drives, and inner motivations which are the causes of all actions and reactions within an individual.  If the CEO can understand the motivational drives of their subordinates, they are then in a position to predict behavioral patterns.  This allows them to structure the relationship with the individual to ensure maximum productivity.  Once leaders understand the subordinate’s motivational drives, they can maximize strengths and correct weaknesses.
THE COURSE OUTLINE

SESSION I:  INTRODUCTION, THURSDAY 7:00 P.M.
A private dinner to get acquainted with all attendees and discuss mutual interest.  Orv will lead discussion on the basic problems of leadership.
SESSION II:  EMOTIONAL DRIVES, FRIDAY 8:00 A.M.
A study of the two basic emotions that control the development and effectiveness of each person.  By understanding the principles of this teaching you are able to use rather than abuse them in building strong leaders within your staff.

LUNCH, 12:00 NOON AND RECREATION BREAK, 1:00 P.M.
Open discussion of the morning teaching and how best to apply these principles in your staff. Because of the intensity of this course, each CEO is encouraged to take advantage of the recreational facilities, which includes golf, tennis, hiking, jogging etc.

DINNER, 6:00 P.M.

SESSION III:  MOTIVATIONS OF LIFE, FRIDAY 7:00 P.M.
There are five subconscious motivations that create personality, behavioral patterns, actions and reactions.  With this knowledge you are better equipped to hire and promote people who will fulfill the responsibilities of a position and understand why certain staff members are struggling and how to correct the problem.
SESSION IV: PERSONNEL PROFILES,
SATURDAY 8:00 A.M.
A personality profile will be taken on two of your key staff members prior to the beginning of the course.  Each CEO will give some details on the job description of the subordinate which will then be matched against the profile.  Orv will lead the group in an in-depth study of the persons strengths based on the profile.

LUNCH, 12:00 NOON, RECREATION BREAK, 1:00 P.M.

DINNER, 6:00 P.M.

SESSION V: PERSONNEL PROFILES,  7:00 P.M.
Continued from session IV.
SESSION VI: INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION, SUNDAY 8:00 A.M.
Each Executive will meet individually with Orv to discuss application of the material that has been presented and review your profile.  Breakout sessions will be conducted with the other CEOs solving a problem, using the principles taught in the course.

LUNCH, 12:00 NOON
The final wrap-up of the course will end at noon over lunch.
