Orv received his formal education at Clark College, Everett College, the University of Washington and Union University. His Doctorate is in the field of Counseling Psychology.

His first book entitled, "The Official Know-it-All Guide To RELATIONSHIP SELLING, How to Develop Repeat and Referral Business", is now in its second printing. He is now writing a book on "Effective Interviewing" , to be released in 2008.
